The Get Fit, Lose Big! Challenge is a 6-week education based program that will provide you with a lifetime of fitness knowledge and education. Participants will learn how to set goals, understand nutrition, create a balanced workout regimen, strength train safely and to think out of the box when creating a workout plan for a healthy, active lifestyle.
The Winter 2012 Get Fit, Lose Big! Challenge begins with a Meet & Greet on Tuesday, January 31 at 5:30pm and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm until Thursday, March 15, 2012.
